Tao Sex

So what is Tao Sex? Actually it refers to the Tao of Sexology, wich is a compillation of knowledge and wisdom put together by the ancient chinese Taoist masters. Taoism is the path to reach immortality. It focuses on healing, energizing and regenerating the cells of the body. There is knowledge about nutrition, exercise, healing and of course sexology.

Taoism is the most ancient science of life. It is a gathering of knowledge and wisdom put together by ancient chinese masters. Some say it was founded by Lao-Tse 500 years BC. But others say that Taoism is more than 5000 years old and is even older ancient Egypte. One thing is sure, it is a very old tradition that has stood the test of time.

For me, the Taoist approach to sexuality is the reunion of the body and the spirit. It is the blending of sex and spirituality. It is the sexual energy as a positive and healing energy. In the Taoist wisdom, sex is the way to get close to God, the Universe, Life or however you want to call it.
